Returns & Refunds

At Rocky Road Vintage, I carefully photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible. Many of the physical items offered are vintage, antique or pre-owned and may show age-related wear, patina or imperfections that are part of their history and character.

Physical Items

All sales are considered final. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, size, color preference, or because an item does not work with your décor.

Please review all photographs, measurements and condition details carefully before purchasing. I am always happy to answer questions or provide additional information before your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged in transit or materially different from the listing description, please contact Rocky Road Vintage promptly after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue. 

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when a refund is approved because an item arrived damaged or was materially different from its description.
